Cell church

Pudsey Parish Church operates as a Cell Church, in that within the church congregation there are smaller cell groups which meet weekly to study the Bible, discuss issues preached about in the previous sermon.  We also offer care and support for each other in prayer and practical activities and look at how we can be a Christian witness to the world around us.

Pudsey Parish Church has been using cell groups since April 2004 and currently has around 12 active cell groups.  Each cell group will differ in how they approach their worship so there is always a style of cell group meeting to suit everyone.

Cell groups are made up of up 12 people, and in most cases will meet at someone's home.  In addition to the weekly cell group meetings, cell groups are also on a rota system to help provide tea and coffee after the 10.30 a.m. Sunday services and food for the 6 for 6.30 p.m. café style Sunday services.

If you might be interested in joining one of our groups, please contact either the office or a member of church staff via our contact us page, or speak to the Vicar, Curate or one of the Churchwardens after a service.

You can also fill in an online Cell Preference form using the link below.  This lets us know what time/day you are able to attend, so we can put you in touch with a suitable cell.
